Customer Support Representative – Chinese 中文 Language (17:00–02:00)

About the Job

We’re hiring Chinese-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international team at Roslin Solutions.
Our mission is to make transportation smoother, safer, and stress-free for passengers and drivers across the U.S.

In this role, you’ll provide phone support to passengers and drivers in Mandarin or Cantonese (either is welcome) and English.

You’ll handle real-time situations, assist with trip coordination, and ensure each service runs seamlessly.
You’ll work from our modern office in Chisinau during the evening shift (17:00–02:00) - with a company-paid taxi provided after the shift.

What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
- Assist passengers and drivers with trip-related questions and updates
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally - even under pressure
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive experience
- Represent Roslin’s customer-first values in every interaction

Requirements
- Mandarin or Cantonese (both are a plus): Intermediate to Upper-- Intermediate level
- English: Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Responsible, empathetic, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service or call-center experience is an advantage (training provided)

Schedule
Evening Shift: 17:00–02:00
Company taxi provided after the shift
