
Customer Support Agent (Swedish language)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Currently we are looking for a new coworker in the vacancy of customer support specialist (working languages English + another language Swedish ). The job duties include communication with customers via e-mail, telephone and online chat (only incoming e-mails and phone calls).
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent knowledge of English and Swedish language - in written and spoken;
- Honest, ingenious and willing-to-work personality;
- High sense of responsibility and reliability;
- Hard-working and goal-oriented personality;
- Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
