Customer Support Agent - from $1000 / Night Shift

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer support via chat, phone, and email professionally;
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction at a high level, focus on improving customer service techniques;
  • Manage customer data, identifying and escalating priority issues;
  • Besides providing customers with product and service information, resolving customers’ concerns and complaints;
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues on time, following an incident management process;
  • Research information using multiple resources and route calls to the appropriate resource;
  • Act as the primary product and support subject matter expert.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Strong organizational/planning skills, team player focused;
  • Proficient (B2/C1) in verbal and written communication in English, Turkish will be an advantage;
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally;
  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to expand knowledge;
  • Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively, be multitasking;
  • Vigilance and attention to details;
  • Ambition to discover products and technologies;
  • GDS knowledge and experience in the travel industry are valuable for us but yet not mandatory, however, you will be able to dive into the topic when working with our top professionals who will teach you the rest.
  • Experience in “Sales/Support” is an advantage and will increase the chance to join our team;
  • Dealing directly with travel consultants, airlines, and company’s customers;
  • Passion for making our customers personally and professionally successful;
  • Bring value to a team by developing new ideas to improve processes;
  • Solid work ethic.
