Customer Care Specialist
Work in close collaboration with Quality department based in Belgium and make periodic contact with the customers while delivering exceptional customer service, requested Quality information, certificates etc.
•Recording and filling in questionnaires received from customers. Guarantying that all the related information is properly saved;
•Providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Managers;
•Ensuring all complaints are properly understood, recorded appropriately, followed up and replied in a timely manner;
•Distributing documents being part of the quality system;
•Keeping the list of existing documents up to date;
•Providing fluent communication with client’s customers including inbound & outbound telephone calls, e-mail and letter communications;
•Assisting with the documentation needed for different certifications (Halal, Kosher, Cosmos…) and interacting with the organisms;
•Assisting with the administrative tasks deriving from the update of client’s specifications;
•Archiving the reports received from external laboratories;
•Responsible for translations and formatting of documents.
•Good knowledge of automation tools and/or CRM systems;
•Ability to work without errors, in an efficient and structured way;
•Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work in teams as well as independently, with a positive attitude;
•Ability to consider and respect deadlines, be in line with the forecast;
•Flexible and able to approach various fields;
•Ability to set priorities: short, medium or long-term.
•Fluent level in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
•Knowing French language would be a plus;
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pdf. reader);
Work experience of min. 6 months in the field or commensurate level of experience;
