About this role
We’re building a high-volume content factory to promote 65+ mobile apps globally and we’re looking for a Team Lead who understands what makes videos go viral — and can turn that instinct into a system.

You’ll lead a team of student creators filming videos all day, generating ideas and scaling what works.

Not just planning. Not just posting.
Running the whole thing.

What you'll do

• Build the content factory direction and strategy from scratch.
• Lead a team of student reels makers making short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
• Generate and test viral video concepts together with the team.
• Find what works (hooks, formats, trends) and scale it fast (have the team make a large volume of videos as soon as you find something that works, then keep experimenting with new approaches)
• Give clear creative direction to the team. Provide feedback to improve the team’s videos daily.
• Manage the content creation team in general, organize their work, check and approve everything.

Requirements

• Experience in a manager role (brand/content/creative) is welcome, but not mandatory!
• Experience making viral videos (500k+ organic views)
• Ability to teach others how to create viral videos
• English at a B1+ Level
