COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

About the Company
«Orhei-Vit» is a leading Moldovan producer of fruit and vegetable products, including juices, jams, canned goods, and baby food. The company has been operating in the market for more than 80 years, selling its products domestically in Moldova and exporting to countries across Europe and around the world, and is one of the largest fruit and vegetable processors in the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan for the holding's commercial development.
• Participate in the preparation and approval of the sales budget and ensure its fulfillment.
• Manage the Commercial Department.
• Build and develop relationships with key distributors, importers, and other market participants.
• Manage the pricing, discount, and KPI system for commercial teams.
• Analyze markets, competitors, and partner needs.
• Coordinate horizontally across the company's various departments.

Our Expectations

• Candidates from any region of the world are welcome to apply.
• Higher education in economics, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Director / Sales Director in a manufacturing company operating in a related field.
• Experience managing both domestic and export sales, as well as a cross-functional team (sales, marketing, logistics).
• A proven track record: sales growth, and building and developing a commercial team.
• Language: English.
• Experience working with sales analytics.
• Willingness to travel frequently on business.
