Hours:14:00-23:00 Mon- Fri
Responsibilities:
- Receive new claim records
- Locate and verify information
- Inserting the data in the specific system
- Working with multiple spreadsheets
- Answer client's claims questions
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Upper-intermediate or fluent English
- Exceptional communication and verbal skills
- Stress resistance, conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Attention to detail, reliability, punctuality
- Organizational skills, ability to work independently with manager-led coaching
- User-level computer literacy
- Dynamic international environment;
- Comfortable office, downtown location;
