Ideal candidate:

  • Fresh University graduated (bachelor degree)
  • English knowledge
  • Fashion Retail or enthusiastic in marketing/ fashion retail is a plus
  • Passionate for Fashion & Trends
  • Curious and ambitious to understand the customer insight
  • Having analytical and reasoning skills
  • Results oriented and willing to learn
  • Exceptional communicator and teamplayer
  • Numbers oriented
  • Strong initiative & self-motivation

Job description:

  • Conduct researches to understand the insights of customer
  • Provide input to collection design, product allocation, replenishment and budgeting process
  • Observe, investigate and find out the customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, shopping motivations of customers, understanding the insight of different 'personas'
  • Perform customer segmentation for his/her store according to their clothing styles
  • Analyze sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
  • Implement visual merchandising activities to increase the sales potential to achieve maximum sales
  • Determine the ideal product mix of his/her store that fits perfectly to the periodical and occasional requirements
  • Follow up the current trends to forecast the sales potential
  • Explore, analyze, determine and demand the ideal product mix that should be in his/her store
  • Evaluate and give points to the future collections in terms of suitability of his/her store's customer needs, expectations
  • Work closely with HQ merchandising and commercial teams
