Call Center Operator (Evening Shift, $1200)

Web NG Global is an international company based in Moldova that partners with U.S. Consumer law firms, providing outsourced services for the American legal industry. We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the intake clerical work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey.

Our work helps attorneys focus on what they do best - delivering and winning for the clients, while we provide the support they need every step of the way.

What you’ll do

• Communicate with clients via inbound and outbound phone calls
• Ask clear questions to understand each client’s situation
• Provide accurate information about company services and next steps
• Support clients throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to resolution
• Accurately register and update client and process data in the CRM system
• Collect and organize client information according to internal procedures
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, accuracy, and service efficiency
• Work closely with the team to ensure clients receive professional support

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: Starting from $800/month during the first 3 months, increasing to $1,200+/month afterward.
• Evening schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (including a 1-hour lunch break), ideal for those who prefer quiet mornings.
• Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday
