B2B Sales Manager

Dayger Recruitment is a recruitment agency specialized in placing both skilled and unskilled workforce, particularly in construction, logistics, and general labour, for projects across the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager to join our team and actively contribute to the growth of our client portfolio in the UK.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B or call center
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Responsibilities

• Identifying and continuously attracting new B2B partners
• Managing and updating the client database
• Developing sales strategies and reporting to management
• Achieving sales objectives and reporting performance
• Strong motivation for professional growth and earning a stable income

What We Offer

  • Fixed base salary + commission from sales + performance bonuses
    Total earnings: €1000 – €3000
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours/day (11:00 – 19:00)
