After-Hours Support Specialist

Ready to start your career in logistics? We're on the lookout for a motivated, ambitious individual to join our team as After-Hours Support Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating Operations: Work with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and customers to handle incoming requests quickly and efficiently.
• Building Relationships: Keep strong communication with team members and drivers to maintain smooth operations.
• Negotiating: Find the best outcomes by negotiating timing and terms that work for everyone involved.
• Monitoring: Track logbooks, solve issues as they come up, and keep things running smoothly.
• Analyzing & Reporting: Review operational data and put together reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English skills (B2 level or higher — both written and spoken)
• Great communication and people skills
• Experience in the U.S. trucking industry is a big plus
• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools quickly
