SMM-manager (Gamedev)

Avantaj Prim is an IT company that develops fintech services and gaming projects for PC, Mobile, and VR/AR platforms.
We are residents of the IT Park, have been on the market for over 20 years, and our team already counts more than 100 professionals.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage content calendars and publication grids
Drive platform growth through consistent posting and performance monitoring
Actively manage TikTok, Instagram/Reels, YouTube/Shorts, X, Facebook (Discord, Reddit, and Steam experience is a plus)
Coordinate influencer collaborations: scouting, briefing, and delivery management
Collaborate closely with Game Design, and QA teams to prepare communications for patch notes, releases, playtests, and events.

We Expect From the Candidate

2+ year of experience in SMM
Strong understanding of platform mechanics, trends, and content formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube (experience with Discord, Reddit, and Steam is a plus)
Confident content creation skills: copywriting + basic video editing (Premiere / CapCut)
English level B1+/B2 — able to communicate with creators and platforms, read documentation, and prepare content in English.

Nice to have

Experience working with VR projects (Meta Quest, Pico, PS VR2) and VR-related creators; understanding of VR community specifics
Basic knowledge of performance marketing with UA (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads / Google Ads), understanding of creative signals and retargeting
Experience launching and growing Discord servers (bots, roles, events, rule-based moderation)
Proficiency with AI tools for production acceleration (draft copywriting, storyboarding, previews, auto-subbing) while maintaining copyright compliance and brand guidelines.
