Senior User Acquisition Manager

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who’ll help make our current AI-powered mobile apps even more successful.

What you will do:
- Develop and launch promotional campaigns for our iOS and Android applications on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, etc.
- Communicate with key partners. For us, Google, Apple, and Facebook
- Communicate with the Product Team.
- Cooperate with the Creative Team. Together, you will develop and test creatives: come up with ideas, propose hypotheses, monitor implementation, and give feedback.
- Analyze promotion activities and optimize campaigns according to the established KPIs.

What you should have:
- 3+ years of experience in buying traffic for mobile apps (iOS, Android)
- Understanding of SKAN purchasing principles
- Experience with analytics and MMP (Appstack, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Firebase, etc.)
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, TikTok, etc.
- Experience with web landing pages and web-to-app, app-to-web purchases
- Proficiency in Excel and summary sheets, ability to work with large amounts of data and multitask
- At least an Intermediate level of English
- Experience with substantial funds and numerous project campaigns
- Experience in project initiation.
