Main responsibilities:

Sales order entry into ERP system;
Works order creation;
Order processing - MRP and purchase requisition;
Product sourcing – RFQ;
Expediting;
Good housekeeping of the purchasing system and files;
Working closely with the other internal departments;
Expediting orders for customers;
Assisting external sales team with order progressing.

Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence:

Fluent English with a good verbal and written communication manner;
Good computer literacy Essential – MS Excel, Word, Outlook;
Availability for business trips abroad (UK).
