Sales account manager - concierge $2000-$4000

Joymind is seeking a talented and passionate Concierge with extraordinary sales abilities. Must have excellent computer/CRM and sales lead data entry skills. We are in the wellness industry; you must have a wonderful, kind, caring, calm, and empathetic healing voice. You will work remotely to sell and schedule Hypnotherapy and Coaching sessions, packages, and subscriptions.

As a concierge, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the client's journey while engaged with Joymind services. Starting with an initial enrollment into a Hypnotherapy or coaching session, followed by enrollment into a series of multiple sessions and packages (repetition is a key component of successful Hypnotherapy), switching Hypnotherapists when necessary and other tasks consistent with deeply caring about another human's journey towards mindfulness and fundamental well-being.

You will take inbound sales calls, making outbound calls ideally between 9-6 EST with an hour break, and respond to incoming messages via chat with the goal of setting appointments and eventually full-cycle sales. You must speak English natively and perfectly and have an enrolling caring style with excellent diction and grammar. 

You will be working with our CRM, (Customer Relationship Management System) which provides you with a flawless daily Kanban style workflow and the ability to properly track calls, follow up, set appointments, and move clients through pipelines. We have an aggressive bonus structure based on your monthly sales.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to inbound inquiries

Accurately enter and maintain clean lead data daily in our CRM

Properly score leads and ask probing questions, all while tracking your progress down the sales pipeline

Qualify inbound leads and advance them to the next step in our company’s sales cycle

Book consultative appointments

Hit your monthly targets

Make outbound calls to qualified leads (no cold calling)

You must be able to work independently and hold yourself to a high standard. Participate in ongoing personal self-development, mental health education, and training events and be devoted to a regimen of care, devotion, and genuine, authentic helpfulness towards all potential customers and clients of Joymind.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $800 per month, plus an additional 8% commission on each sale made. In addition, you can be eligible for other performance-based bonuses that can lead to a high earning potential of up to $4000 or more, due to the high cost of the services provided.
