Safety Manager – Trucking Division

A fast-growing company in the U.S. transportation and logistics market is seeking an experienced Safety Manager with at least 2 years of experience to establish and maintain an effective safety and compliance system in line with DOT and FMCSA standards.
Your Role: The Safety Manager is responsible for driver safety, vehicle maintenance, and full compliance with all regulatory requirements. This is a key position that directly affects the stability, reputation, and operational efficiency of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety policies and compliance programs;
Ensure strict compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations;
Conduct safety training, orientations, and briefings for drivers;
Maintain and update safety, incident, and compliance documentation;
Monitor Hours of Service (HOS), ELD systems, and conduct regular inspections;
Investigate accidents, implement preventive and corrective actions;
Collaborate closely with logistics and management teams to minimize operational risks;
Promote a strong safety culture across all company operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or compliance;
In-depth knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations;
Proficiency in working with ELD systems and electronic compliance platforms;
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
Excellent communication abilities;
Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written);
