Safety and Claims Specialist

We deliver freight services across the United States and operate a steadily expanding fleet of 200 trucks. As we continue to grow, we are enhancing our team in Moldova and are looking for qualified professionals to join us.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor driver compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and safety violations
• Manage and process insurance claims from start to resolution
• Communicate with drivers, insurance providers, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Requirements:
• Experience in logistics / safety / compliance (preferred)
• Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software tools
• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
