Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Perform operational checks across balances, queues, and reconciliations; promptly resolve exceptions.
Oversee incoming and outgoing payments across multiple partner banks and systems.
Execute FX conversions, liquidity top ups, and ensure all cut offs, controls, and regulatory standards are met.
Reprocess rejected or delayed transfers; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
Continuous Improvement
- Support onboarding of new payment partners and integration of new transfer corridors.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Product teams to drive process and product enhancements.
- Document operational procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with significant operational responsibility.
Exceptional attention to detail and a structured, dependable work style.
Ability to manage high volume tasks with accuracy, focus, and reliability.
Strong communication skills and ownership mentality—follows issues through to full resolution.
Proficiency with digital tools, operational dashboards, and Excel.
Experience in financial services, banking, payments, remittance, or back office operations is an advantage.
Proactive attitude with initiative and a desire to learn and grow.
