Middle+ AI Developer

We are looking for a Middle AI Developer who can design, build, and optimize AI chatbots and task-specific AI agents. The candidate will configure models (including fine-tuning), integrate them with real APIs, and ensure efficient resource usage while delivering production-ready AI solutions.
The role involves selecting the right models, evaluating free/low-cost AI tools, and building automated workflows that leverage AI for various business tasks such as text processing, image generation, and data analysis.

Requirements:
- Strong Python skills plus experience with another language (.NET, Node.js, Go, etc.)
- Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and fine-tuning
- Experience building AI chatbots and task-based agents
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Ability to integrate AI systems with real APIs, databases, and external tools
- Experience using vector databases and model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, open-source models)
- Knowledge of image generation tools and text processing pipelines
- Skills in cost and resource optimization (quantization basics, caching, lightweight deployment)
- Understanding of async workflows, background processing, and automation pipelines
- Ability to research and evaluate cheap/free AI tools and implement them in production workflows

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI chatbots and task-specific agents
- Configure fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt workflows
- Integrate AI agents with real APIs, databases, and business systems
- Optimize models and pipelines to minimize compute usage and cost
- Evaluate and select cheap/free AI tools for different tasks (image generation, text parsing, automation)
- Build reusable agent components and internal AI tooling
- Research new AI frameworks, tutorials, and emerging agent technologies
- Create automation workflows combining multiple AI tools
- Monitor performance, quality, and reliability of AI systems
- Document AI solutions and provide technical guidance to the team
