We are seeking energetic and charismatic English speaking Conversion or Retention specialists to join our elite team in Moldova. If you have compelling skills and a proven track record in the financial industry, we look forward to hearing from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Converting leads into active customers through phone conversations
- Identifying customer needs and providing information on financial market opportunities
- Handling a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining high professional standards
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize bonuses

Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in English (native or C1 level) is a must!
- Experience: Experience as a Conversion or Retention specialist in the Forex industry is required!
- Both locals and expats are welcome to apply. Candidates must currently be in Moldova!
- Skills: Results oriented
