We are an expanding international company operating in global markets from our modern office in Chișinău, Moldova. We are seeking a Media Buyer / Traffic Specialist to manage, scale, and optimize global ad campaigns and lead generation. Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple global traffic networks
- Analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI and lower lead acquisition costs
- Collaborate on creative assets and copy to maintain consistent high-converting traffic

Requirements:

- Prior experience working in the forex industry is a plus
- Solid experience in digital media buying (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent English skills (for international market research and ad copywriting)

General Work Conditions:

- Salary: $1,000 base + 2% of gross profit
- Schedule: 16:00 - 01:00
- Location: Chișinău office (On-site, locals only)
- Requirements: Proven track record in digital media buying (Google, Facebook, etc.). Strong analytical mindset and strong English speaking skills are mandatory!
