KURTEX is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Logbook Coordinator to ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of our fleet.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor HOS and perform daily log (RODS) audits, ensuring full compliance.
Oversee and support GPSTab ELD: administration, troubleshooting, and training.
Plan driver routes while factoring in HOS limitations.
Communicate with drivers regarding breaks, certification, PC/YM usage, and violation consequences.
Provide ELD training on the road and support during roadside inspections.
Maintain detailed communication logs and coordinate with the dispatch department.
Archive logs, inspections, ELD events, and correspondence within deadlines.

Qualifications required:

Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, English (B2+)
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in documentation.
Working schedule is Monday to Friday: 15:00-00:00/00:00-07:00.
