Freight Broker

We are looking for a Freight Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, result-oriented, has experience in freight brokerage, and can manage the complete freight brokerage process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers across the U.S. and Canada
Source reliable carriers for freight movements
Negotiate competitive rates with shippers and carriers
Manage the full freight cycle – from booking to delivery
Communicate with clients and carriers to track shipments and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Qualifications:

Experienced in Freight Brokerage
Existing book of business (network of shippers) is a strong plus
Proficient with TMS systems and load boards
Strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
