We are an American Trucking Company.
We are currently hiring for an Fleet Manager position with at least 6 months experience in the US market.
As a Fleet Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our international transport activities. You monitor trucks, assist drivers, solve operational incidents, and coordinate roadside breakdown assistance.
When something unexpected happens on the road — from delays to mechanical failures — you are the person who keeps everything under control.
Candidate requirements:
Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
Minimum experience of at least 6 months;
Great communicational and negotiation skills;
Advanced conversational and written English and Russian;
Good knowledge of truck systems and common mechanical issues (engine, tires, brakes, ELD, etc.);
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Ability to handle stressful situations and communicate calmly with drivers;
Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to multitask and give attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 15:00 – 00:00
