Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
-Monitor active loads and driver status throughout the night.
-Respond to driver calls ,messages, emergencies
-Communicate with brokers ,shippers ,and receivers as needed
-Notify management of any delays, breakdowns, accidents, or service failures.
-In case of breakdown assist drivers (find and reach out to the nearest mechanic shops)
-Track shipments and update load information.
-Assist drivers with appointment confirmations and operational issues.
-Ensure all overnight activities are documented for the morning team.

Requirements:
-Fluent English (both written and spoken)
-Experience in trucking, logistics, and dispatching is preferred.
-Good communication skills.
-Ability to work PST (8pm to 6am)
-Basic computer skills.
-Attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Problem solving skills.
-Understanding of U.S trucking operations and Hours of service regulations.
-Experience with DAT , Samsara, or other transportation tools.
-The person who actually lived in the US previously is a huge plus as well.
-Basic knowledge of semi-trucks and trailers, reefers, flat-beds.
-Understanding common breakdowns and maintenance issues.
-Ability to communicate effectively with the drivers, roadside assistance providers, repair
shops, towing companies.
