Dispatcher Assistant – Trucking Company (USA-Based Operations)

We are a U.S.-based trucking company seeking a Dispatcher Assistant to support our logistics and dispatch operations. Full training is provided — no experience in trucking is required. This is a remote full-time position with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Assist dispatchers with daily load booking and scheduling.
Search for loads on U.S. logistics platforms (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
Communicate with drivers and brokers via phone, messages, and email.
Track load progress and update load status in spreadsheets.
Support documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
Resolve basic operational issues when needed.

Requirements:
English communication skills (spoken & written) — Intermediate or higher.
Strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
PC proficiency: Google Sheets, Excel.

Responsibility, discipline, and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Schedule:
Full-time, 15:00–23:00 / 16:00–00:00 (Moldova time)
