What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and resolve application issues quickly and efficiently.
Manage support tickets, ensuring they’re handled within SLAs.
Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
Collaborate with internal teams and customer technical teams.
Implement change requests and enhancements to applications.
Manage application updates and releases in production environments.
Stay up to date with new technologies and ways to improve support services.

What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Romanian (additional languages are a plus!).
- 0-1 year of experience in IT Support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, log analysis.
- Proactive and communicative approach to work.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and working with SLAs.
- Understanding corporate server environments (e.g., Windows - Server, Linux, AD).
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases.
- Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
- Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies.
- IT-related studies or development experience (a plus!).
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices (nice to have).
