A U.S.-based Trucking Company is seeking an After-Hours Dispatcher & HOS Monitoring Specialist (SWIFT, ALPHA, TruckEnsure).

Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in English, Russian, and Romanian
Strong knowledge of trucking industry equipment, systems, and tools
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and make sound decisions

Core Responsibilities:
Monitor ELD to ensure drivers remain compliant and avoid HOS violations
Prioritize and manage all tasks that arise during the shift
Assist and communicate with drivers, brokers, and other third parties
Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming calls, emails, and messages
Provide updates and resolve issues related to loading/unloading, routing, or unforeseen events
Make well-reasoned, cost-effective decisions
Prepare and submit a detailed daily report at the end of each shift
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
