- Active implementation of the SMP maturity milestone system together with project purchasing.
- Active checking of the implementation quality at the supplier's side.
- Execution of advanced quality planning for purchased parts including status reporting.
- Evaluation and release of documents for process and product release (PPAP / initial sampling).
- Appropriate use of modern quality assurance tools, support, and critical monitoring of the problem handling process at the supplier side.
- Support of suppliers / purchased parts: Creation and monitoring of QSV's Implementation of product test runs Supplier visits in connection with sampling.

Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve problems with electronic equipment, software, working methods, etc. which can be a potential root cause of the issue. (handling customer complaints)
- Analyze non-conforming products. Recommend technical and product solutions to customers and internal teams.
- Work directly with customers to answer technical and product questions, including during sales meetings.
- Analyze trends in issues and products while tracking resolutions, product failures, and need for customer support.
- Transform customer issues into improvements for products and information for customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the 8D process to identify the root cause of failures.
- Creating 8D reports: solving problems from the process and eliminating them in the future.
- Create action plans according to customer claims.
- Creating KPI reports according to customer complaints.
- Communication with foreign managers and clients (VW, Audi, Skoda etc.)

- Controlling performance of all assembly teams.
- Preparing reports, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Checking daily KPIs and communication with assembly line personnel.
- Coaching and managing QA/QC auditors and production line personnel in production practices and quality evaluation.
- Use the “Lesson Learn” methodology for improving quality of product.
- Knowledge of interpreting engineering drawing, reading 3D models of wires harnesses, and creating inspection methods according to customer technical specifications.
- Implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate products and production equipment.
- Generate a specific plan for improving the business with external suppliers and customers.
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards.
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct.
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products, so the products are up to industry and company standards.
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems. Analyze non-conforming products.
- Working according to deadlines, in order to deliver products just in time.

- Focusing on the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, company policies, and manufacturing requirements.
- Create action plans according to the weak points of the company.
- Familiar with ISO Quality Standards (ISO 9001 and IATF16949).
- Participated in 4 IATF certifications.
