What you'll be doing:
- Develop strategic HR plan;
- Lead and coordinates the employee's assessment and development programs;
- Improve the Recruitment, Adaptational and Motivational procedures and solutions;
- Support the adaptation and motivation of the personnel;
- Perform recruitment process in accordance with company procedures;
- Participate in on-boarding and induction activities of the newly hired personnel;
- Develop motivation maps, create personnel reserve etc.
Knowledge and Experience that we value:
- Minimum one-year experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company;
- Ability to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondences;
- Interested in developing working practices regarding HR related activities;
- Russian and English both spoken and written (intermediary level).
