Recruiter (1000 USD)

For this position, we want an experienced Recruiter who can work independently, under minimum supervision. IT Recruiter is responsible for search of new candidates to join Unifun team, development, planning and implementing the recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Finding the right job candidates using social networks and internet search
• Writing recruiting cold and follow-up emails
• Scheduling and organizing interviews with selected candidates
•  Managing the recruiting database
• Optimization of processes and sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Preparing periodical recruiting activity reports and performance reviews

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as Recruiter
• Languages: Russian, English (advanced level)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft: Word, Excel)
• Experience of work in HR department in an IT and/or large international company - is an advantage

• Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Orientation on research of additional information independently
• Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
• Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
• To be friendly and communicative

Salary expectations

• Salary level of an international IT company, revision each 6 months
• Based on professional experience - any salary level can be discussed
