Duties and Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the payment process
- Investigate and resolve failed or uncompleted transactions
- Identify and prevent fraudulent activities


Requirements:

- Experience in the online payment market
- Familiarity with credit card transaction processing
- Familiarity with of bank transfer processing
- Experience in fraud detection and prevention methods
- Can communicate in English to a satisfactory level
- Unexceptionable credibility
- High sense of personal responsibility
- Accurate and well organized
- Able to work in shifts
