We are a butique HR Consultancy House providing services throughout the World.
As a part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a “Junior Research Consultant”.

Required Qualifications:
• Cares “social responsibility side” of the job, values helping others & enjoys positively changing the life of others
• Great motivation to learn new diciplines, to test himself/herself in different areas.
• Graduation from university
• Energetic, highly motivated, self driven with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Fluency in English*, Romanian, Russian (additional languages are plus)
• Positive and effective team-player with strong communication skills
• Result oriented personality with strong planning, analysing and organizational skills
• Eager and willingly to learn and develop
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Expected to know web-site design and programming, data management tools, and at least minimum level of software and hardware knowledge that is required to assist other teamworks in their IT related needs.
• Any other techinacal knowledge is welcomed.

Responsibilities:
• The role will be directly reporting to the founder of the company.
• Extra sssignments will be done mainly based on the strenghts and desires of the worker, the main job will mostly cover:
• Management of IT related consultancy projects and/our outsourced services.
• Supports the team in their needs in IT field.
• Depending on projects, working on various Human Resources and Management issues.
