▪ Negotiations with potential partners in the regions of Europe and South America;
▪ Maintaining a full cycle of contractual relations, supporting partners (advising on the work of the
program, assistance in generating links and receiving advertising materials, preparing reports);
▪ Increasing the effectiveness of current partners (monitoring advertising positions and placement
efficiency, evaluating their effectiveness, proposing and implementing improvements);
▪ Setting goals for creating creatives at the request of partners;
▪ Monitoring competitors and reporting on their affiliate and advertising campaigns;
▪ Affiliate Website Promotion, cross-marketing activities;
▪ Work with brand reputation, reviews;
▪ Collection of information about the region (legal field, political and social features, trends, etc.);
▪ Submitting proposals for new models of cooperation.

▪ Attraction and search for new potential partners and advertisers;
▪ Organization of interaction with current publishers, assistance in choosing programs, raising issues
and resolving disputable situations, advising on the use of Admitad products;
▪ Control of traffic from publishers (social networks, contextual advertising, arbitrage, etc.);
▪ Negotiations and presentations;
▪ Communication with advertisers and partner networks;
▪ Accounting of internal systems of the company;
▪ Providing reports on the work done.

Control the correct operation of the site;
Communication with site visitors;
Elimination of simple errors on the site and a description of complex problems;
Processing of images for the site;
Ability to find the necessary information on the Internet;
Foreign languages - Romanian;
Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Internet, etc. - advanced user.

Coordination and developing of Carbook (www.carbook.ua) platform, from Ukraine to Romania (www.carbook.ro);
Administration of CB24, a CRM and BPM system for car garages in Romania, coordinating the B2B part of the project (www.cb24.ro);
SCRUM task processing;
Comprehensive dialogue maintenance between Carbook and partners from Romania;
Task generation for IT, Marketing and Financial department and assistance on it's implementation;
Budget planning and financial analyses;
Media planning and coordination of promotional campaigns;
Supervise and mentor all intermediate and junior level staff assigned as members of the project team;
Workshops and training organizer and facilitator;
