Responsibilities included:
• Implementation of standard R12 functionality;
• Support of users (levels 1-2), including debugging the outbound primary document flow to Russian 1S-Accounting system from OeBS.
Key implementations
• GL & sub-ledgers setup for a new UK company;
• VAT (Value Added Tax) regime re-implementation for European legal entities, including the implementation of the Offset tax for imported services;
• Oracle Assets;
• Bank statement import and accounting of payment when it clears, including limits of automatic accounting and reconciliation of bank charges and exchanga variance.
Management and Execution:
1) Analyzed business requirements;
2) Designed business processes according to the standard functionality of Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as recommended by the Business Analysis paper from ACCA (Association of Charted Certified Accountants);
3) Tested solutions;
4) Planned and controlled projects, changed requests and escalated trouble tickets.
