Job Description:
ISS Group / Projects Delivery Division is now looking for a number of Quality Assurance Officers responsible for:
- Planing QA activities and identifying constraints, dependencies and risks when planning the system test
- Creating and maintaining the system test plan
- Executing integration tests, executing the system test as defined in the system test plan
- Keeping track of defects identified, providing assistance to developers when case
- Preparing reports on test results, analysing test results
The QA Officer will have a key role in:
- Ensuring QA procedure is applied accordingly
- Providing assistance and training to QA Juniors
- Providing advices on user acceptance tests planning and execution, providing assistance for user acceptance tests at customer premises
- Making recommendations related to internal processes and procedures, with focus on QA
Job Requirements:
Successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in software testing
- Ability to quickly understand business and functional requirements
- Analytical thinking, methodical work
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluency in English

Job Description:
ISS Group / Projects Delivery Division is now looking for a number of Application Developers responsible for full-life cycle development, translating requirements into designs, and producing implementations. Specifically, the Application Developer will:
- work with the technical design lead on the overall application architecture in order to design components
- develop and unit test software applications based on user requirements and design documents
- resolve defects encountered during various testing cycles
- produce technical specifications
Job Requirements:
Successful candidates will have:
- proven experience in programming field (JAVA, J2EE, SQL/PL-SQL, .Net, C++, XML, HTML, JavaScript, Grails/Groovy etc)
- relational databases and data modeling knowledge
2-3 years of programming experience with integration technologies and working on Unix environment is a plus.
Resources must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, as the work will involve direct client interaction. Other foreign languages skills (e.g. German) will be highly appreciated.
