Plant Manager (Ungheni)
Location: Ungheni
Main Responsibilities:
- Decide, lead, plan and coordinate company activities at production plant (Ungheni), in full compliance with company’s policies and procedures, local laws and management direction and objectives;
- Responsible for compliance as appropriate technologies, procedures and work instructions;
- Responsible for compliance with Internal Regulation and Collective Labor Agreement;
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of its professional and specialized training;
- Support and implementation of agreed actions with other departments;
- Directly implement group, plant procedures and policies;
- Execute operating plan and forecasts through effective management of resources to meet annual objectives;
- Application of Health & Safety standards;
Skills and Specifications:

- 3+ years relevant managerial experience;
