• Ability to identify new opportunities and work with the team involved in the recruitment.
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Perseverant, organized and able to establish priorities
• Very good communication skills
• Very good computer skills and able to meet strict deadlines
• Manage recruitment process - posting, preselecting candidates, phone interviews;
• Identifies suitable candidates, according to the desired profile;
• Uses direct search techniques (calling, networking) in order to track down suitable candidates;
• Uses various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process;
